Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders £30 and above to UK mainland. Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands (including Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man).
All other orders incur shipping costs based on the carrier, service, and items ordered.
Orders with delivery addresses in US should be placed on our US website (goodgoodbrand.com).
Online ordering is currently unavailable in other regions, although our products may be found at select retailers in these regions (check our Store Locator for specific locations).
Returns
To ensure food safety, we do not accept products return.
If items are damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement. If this is the case with your order, please contact us via the live chat or send us an email to support@goodgoodbrand.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will notify you once a replacement shipment has been sent.
If you would not like to have a replacement order and are not satisfied with your order, please send us a message and our customer service team will evaluate and decide if a refund will be initiated.
Subscriptions
The introduction offer of £1 for the first box of keto bars may only be used once per customer. If we deem any customer who appears to use this offer more than once we will cancel any existing and future order subscriptions.
