Choco Hazel Truffles
Leave these out for Santa and you will surely get on the nice list! These Choco Hazel Truffles are a delicious, mini bit packed with a chocolate lover’s dream: Belgian made, no added sugar, only 2g of sugar per serving, it’s almost too good to be true!

Yields: 10-12 Truffles

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 oz rum, optional
- 1 ¼ cup dark chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup choco hazel
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and unsalted butter until the butter melts. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and rum optionally. Mix well.
- Pour the heavy cream mixture over chopped chocolate, gently mix until the chocolate melts. Further add GOOD GOOD Choco Hazel and mix to combine.
- Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Once the chocolate mixture is set, scoop about a tablespoon quantity and roll into lime sized balls. Coat the choco hazel truffles with cocoa powder and serve.
